Our E-commerce platform does not support international shipments, for all orders generated with our artificial address, our team will contact the buyer to ask about the real address so that we can ship properly.

Are PayPal payments accepted?

Yes, we accept payment via PayPal, but our platform is not compatible with this gateway, so payments are resolved externally, our team gets in touch to inform the order value and the address to send the value. For this to happen select the payment option ''BOLETO BANCÁRIO'' and with that after the process is completed we will change the order status, from pending to approved.


However, if you do not need Paypal, payment by credit card can be done normally.

What else do I need to know?
 
  • About delivery times, our estimate is usually around 10-20 working days, this depends a lot on the logistical pattern of your country, rest assured, as soon as your order is shipped, we will provide photos of your products and also the tracking code to track your order via email or any other means of contact we have with you.
